Before downloading, installing, or using the Mystiq mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the 'Application' or 'Mystiq'), please read these Terms of Service carefully. By downloading, accessing, or registering an account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not download, install, or use the Application, and must remove it from your device immediately.

1. Service Description & Age Limit

Mystiq is an entertainment service that offers personalized astrology charts, daily horoscope comments, interactive tarot spreads, asynchronous coffee fortune analysis, and a community feed based on zodiac elements. You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country) to use this application.

IMPORTANT NOTICE (For Entertainment Purposes Only): All daily horoscopes, tarot readings, coffee fortune interpretations, and astrological analyses provided by Mystiq are strictly for entertainment, personal awareness, and motivational purposes. No content within the Application constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. You are solely and completely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on interpretations from Mystiq. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or real-world outcome of any spiritual or astrological readings.

3. User Conduct and Usernames

To post, comment, or interact on the Zodiac Feed, you must select a unique username. You are legally responsible for all content you publish. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of terms:

Publishing content containing profanity, insults, hate speech, violence, racism, or adult/obscene materials.
Harassing, threatening, stalking, defaming, or exposing the private information of other users.
Distributing copyrighted materials or unauthorized commercial spam/promotional links.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any accounts, posts, or comments violating these guidelines. Additionally, using periods (.) or underscores (_) at the very end of your username is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mystiq is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that the Application will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Mystiq, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from server failures, network outages, or data losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mystiq in the three months prior to the claim.
